Shipping Methods
We offer delivery via Omniva and Itella SmartPost parcel lockers, as well as courier delivery to your door. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Parcel locker delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
We ship to 24 EU countries (Estonia + 23 EU destinations). Prices shown are retail fees (incl. VAT); checkout confirms the exact amount for your address.
Ships from Estonia — intra-EU shipment, no customs duties for EU buyers.

Free shipping applies to the Estonia parcel-locker option only, for orders ≥ €50. The Estonian courier (€7.99) and all other destinations are always paid.
Returns: send the parcel back to our Estonia address at your own cost (standard EU right of withdrawal). We cover return shipping only for confirmed defective goods.
